REGRETFULLY, MADE-TO-MEASURE SHIRTING/SUITING ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED AND CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED TO BE TAILORED BY ONE OF OUR TAILORS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. YOU MAY RETURN ACCESSORIES (TIES, POCKET SQUARES, CUFFLINKS, TIE CLIPS, DRESS SHOES, SOCKS) ORDERED ON WWW.BGEORGE.US WEBSITE FOR A REFUND WITHIN (7) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING, IF POSSIBLE, THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY BOX). THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN.

  • Invoice Payment Terms:
    • Invoices must be paid in full on the day they are sent.
    • Failure to pay the invoice in full on the designated day will result in the cancellation of the invoice.

    • Failure to settle the invoice on the day of issuance will result in a daily late fee of $150, accruing until the outstanding amount is paid in full. Additionally, please note that all late payments may result in a delay of 7-14 working days in the processing and delivery of your order."

    • There a no refunds on custom suiting, shirting, blazers and pants under any circumstance. 
  • Order Delivery and Address Information:
    • Customers are required to provide a valid delivery address for their orders.
    • Failure to provide a delivery address will result in a $199 restocking fee.
    • The restocking fee must be paid before the order can be delivered to the customer.
    • Orders are either hand-delivered or shipped to the client within 2-8 weeks of the order being placed, unless a specific time frame is arranged with the client in advance.If a client does not provide clear delivery instructions within the specified time, B. George is not liable for any issues that may arise with the items. Please note that even in such cases, the items are only eligible for alterations as per our standard policy.This ensures that clients are aware of their responsibility to communicate delivery preferences and the limitations on what can be done if they fail to do so.
  • Appointment Booking Fee:
    • All appointments require a $300 non-refundable appointment fee.
    • The appointment fee must be paid in advance to secure and book an appointment.
